I already have a security system. Why should I also use an RTLS system?
An RTLS system shouldn’t replace a security system, but it makes a great addition to one. By using RTLS data, you find out who or what is causing a security issue instead of simply knowing that one is in progress. That makes a big difference. Additionally, you receive these security notifications in a way that is convenient for the end users.
Can I find out how much of the time my equipment is being used?
Yes. Reports detail how much time equipment is being used, is in maintenance, etc. You can even compare that data with other equipment.

Is there an advantage to having the solution web hosted?
There are definitely advantages to having this solution hosted. For those facilities that either do not have an IT staff or do not want to manage another solution, having a ZulaFly-hosted solution is a great fit. We are also able to implement a solution more quickly and better support the customer by having access to their data when we need it.
Is it a capital purchase or a monthly cost?
ZulaFly can be purchased either as a capital purchase or as a monthly subscription cost. We work with each customer to determine what works for them.
What info can I see in the mobile app?
The mobile app allows you to use your iPhone, iPad, or other mobile device/tablet to see everything happening in the facility, from anywhere. You can receive and dismiss notifications, perform a search, and know where people and things are as well as how long they have been there. The map view of your facility pinpoints where items are located on the map.
What happens if my temperature-monitored items go out of range during hours when the individuals responsible are not at the facility?
Nights, weekends, and holidays... ZulaFly has you covered. Temperature notifications can be sent to any user’s mobile phones via text, e-mail, mobile app or a combination of these options. The flexibility of the notifications recipient list makes it easy to notify the right people on the right devices at the right time whenever a refrigerator, freezer, specific room, or other applicable area is out of range.
Do I have to pay more to have notifications sent to my email or text?
Having the flexibility of where to send notifications is something ZulaFly believes you should have for no extra charge. This is part of our core product and is available with every install.
Why would I ask visitors to wear a badge while they are at my facility?
Knowing exactly where your visitors are located while they are in your facility and having the power to view that historical data is very beneficial.
